- COURIER CHARGES:
- Courier charges of Rs 100 will be applicable for delivery within West Bengal on total order value.
- Courier charges of Rs 200 will be applicable for delivery outside West Bengal on total order value.
- Special courier charges along with handling fees will be applicable for certain items such as Ekakshi Nariyal, Black Horse Shoe and Dakshinavarti Shankha.
- International Shipment Charges is Rs. 2500 (Minimum). It may vary depending upon the items ordered and destination.
- It is mandatory to make full payment with delivery charges in advance before dispatch or delivery of goods.
- Goods once sold could be exchanged (subject to certain terms and conditions) but could not be returned against cash refund in any case whatsoever.
- Payment made by using POS machine (Debit card or Credit card) for metal charges (Gold/Silver) will be subject to additional charge of minimum 2% on metal value depending upon the MDR rates of the card used for making payment.
- We have Fixed Price outlet, hence no bargain is allowed.
- Exchange Policy for Gemstones:
- Precious gemstones could be exchanged against another gemstone with 15% to 20% depreciation on purchase invoice value.
- Red Coral, Pearl & Semi Precious gemstones could not be exchanged or returned once sold.
- All disputes are subject to Kolkata (W.B, India) jurisdiction only.
