- All our items sold are 1st hand.These products should NEVER be re-used by someone else.To ensure the same,we do not accept any exchange or return of goods once sold or used.

We have “Zero Tolerence Policy” for any inconvenience caused to our customers. If there is any sort of complain with regard to store manager alike misbehaviour, lack of response, not responding to your call or whatsapp queries, denial to any basic service, over charged, incomplete documents, rudness, denail for wifi password at store, not reporting tracking about courier dispatched, not attended properly at store with proper attention and care or any other issues which has made you disappointed or was not up to the mark or as per your expectation, do NOT hesitate to address the same at the below mentioned special email address , we assure to take strict action against him upto an extent of permanent termination of his job with immediate effect and you will definitely witness the result for the same.Each complaint will be duly attended promptly.

- COURIER CHARGES:
- Courier charges of Rs 200 will be additionally applicable on total order value for delivery within West Bengal and Rs 250 outside West Bengal.
- Additional handling charges will be added along with courier charges for some items including Ekakshi Nariyal, Black Horse Shoe and Dakshinavarti Shankha.
- International Shipment Charges is Rs. 2500 to Rs 3000 (Minimum). It may vary depending upon the items ordered and destination.
- Courier facility:
- Courier facility is for the convenience of the customers, who cannot reach the store to collect the goods.
- We do not have any COD services, dipatch of courier will be done only after complete payment of the goods ordered along with the applicable courier charges.
- We will provide proper courier dispatch details along with track link, if available.
- We are not duty bound to keep track on the courier during transit period though we are responsible for the goods until it is delivered.
- We use reputed and recognized courier partners for delivery of goods but we cannot be held responsible in any case for delay or non delivery of goods for any reasons whatsoever.
- For local delivery of goods using Swiggy , Uber , Porter and other popular services, it is customer duty to book the transit partner for their address and pay them , rest we can pack and handover to the assigned delivery partner either at store or door front of the mall inside which the store is located.
- It is mandatory to make full payment with delivery charges in advance before dispatch or delivery of goods.
- Goods once sold could be exchanged (subject to certain terms and conditions) but could not be returned against refund in any case whatsoever.
- Payment made by using POS machine (Debit card or Credit card) for metal charges (Gold/Silver) will be subject to additional charge of minimum 2% on metal value depending upon the MDR rates of the card used for making payment.
- We have Fixed Price outlet, hence no bargain is allowed.
- Ring , Locket , Bracelet or Baju Bandh made for Gemstones binding in Gold / Silver / Bronze or Copper is outsourced from our end and is done for convenience of customers from skilled and professional person with no profit margin on this service.We will NOT be held responsible for any defect or damage post wearing it.Any re-making charges , if apply will be borne by the customers only.Customers has the liberty always to choose their own preferable and reliable place to get the making done.
- Malas (Chain) knotting done for Rudraksha / Sphatic or any beads are being outsourced from our end and is done for convenience of customers from skilled and professional person with no profit margin on this service. We will NOT be held responsible for its lasting or longevity post-delivery of the same.Any re-making charges , if apply will be borne by the customers only.Customers has the liberty always to choose their own preferable and reliable place to get the knotting done.
- All disputes are subject to Kolkata (West Bengal, India) jurisdiction only.
- Exchange Policy for Gemstones:
- Precious gemstones could be exchanged against another gemstone with 15% to 20% depreciation on purchase invoice value within 1 year of purchase.
- Red Coral, Pearl & Semi Precious gemstones could not be exchanged or returned once sold.
- Gemstones CANNOT be returned against cash refund , in any case whatsoever.*
*We do NOT sell any used gemstones, hence we CANNOT accept the return of any gemstones once used or ring is made. Exchange policy is for the convenience of the customers for upgradation of gemstones quality or replacement with revised prescription and are being duly disposed off to the rural area at discounted price via authorised agents, though the time frame of its sale remain uncertain.Many traders and online platforms offering return of gemstones against cash after certain percentage deduction re-use the gemstones by simply cutting and polishing the same, which has actually limited or no powers at all.You are NOT sure the gemstones buying from such place are second hand or third hand or further even. As per Astrology norms, any used gemstones should NEVER be worn by any other person. It’s a curse and wearing those will have no practical results to be witnessed by the wearer.
