OM MANSAROVAR was inaugurated on 26th August 1998 at first floor in Shree Ram Arcade at Kolkata with a motto to serve the public. Our goal is not only to make money, we are commercial but our profit margin is most reasonable and on top of that our first target is to solve the problem of the customer on top most priority. We do not treat customers as clients, as all our customers are our family members and we try our best to solve out their problems using our sacred products.

We would like to thank you for the overwhelming response we have received from your end and for keeping a blind faith on us and maintaining a healthy relationship. We assure to provide better level of support from our end in future by providing genuine products at reasonable prices.

With regard to Astrology and Vaastu, we would give our best to locate the problems and find the best, easiest and economical solution for relief.

We would like to hear feedback from all our customers and if they are not fully satisfied with the results from our treatment, we request them to kindly give us a second chance to relocate the cause and make a better & healthy try.

If there is any sort of complain with regard to store manager alike misbehaviour, lack of response, not responding to your call or whatsapp queries, denial to any basic service, over charged, incomplete documents, rudness, denail for wifi password at store, not reporting tracking about courier dispatched, not attended properly at store with proper attention and care or any other issues which has made you disappointed or was not up to the mark or as per your expectation, do NOT hesitate to address the same at the below mentioned special email address , we assure to take strict action against him upto an extent of permanent termination of his job with immediate effect and you will definitely witness the result for the same.Each complaint will be duly attended promptly.
