I bought a 4 Mukhi (with a natural Ganesha trunk — the owner himself picked it out for me from their stock) and a 6 Mukhi rudraksha from Om Mansarovar. Both beads are clearly natural, deep-lined, and good weight — not the polished fake stuff you see everywhere. What impressed me most is the after-sales behavior. I had some doubts about a sphatik mala I bought, and when I went back, they replaced it with a new one without any argument or attitude. No drama, no excuses — they just fixed it. That says everything about how they treat customers. The owner is patient, doesn't push you to buy, and actually helps you choose what's right for you instead of what's expensive. Prices are fair for the quality. If you want genuine rudraksha in Kolkata without the fear of being cheated, this is the place. Fully recommended.
